Our owner, Ken Sifford, is a certified Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) technician through Gateway Dent School located near St. Louis, Missouri. There he was trained to fix anything from door dings, dents, large damage and hail damage. Understanding the importance of learning new techniques and technology, Ken frequently attends continuing education classes and seminars to keep a sharp edge on his skill so he can better service his customers.
Ken will estimate your vehicle damage with Mobile Tech RX which is a program that allows an accurate quote every time. Depending on the size and repair time, the damage may possibly be able to be repaired on the spot. If not, an appointment can be scheduled for a drop off at our shop or for us to return at a later date, for the convenience of the customer.
Ken enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, farming and being at the baseball field watching his son play ball. His daughter is active in horse riding, loves art and being outdoors. Ken also is an active member of Shiloh Reformed Church in Faith where he serves on the consistory as well as several other committees.
Our technician, Ken and his wife Angie have been married for 15 years. They work closely together to ensure the best service is administered to each client. Ken handles the estimating and repairs and Angie handles the behind the scenes paperwork for the business. Our team can deliver superior customer service and provide a pleasant experience for each customer that we serve.
